Such bad services. They come and collect the money. Immediately and don’t provide the maid my mom had paid them 15000 for the services it’s 10 days now one lady came and left in an hour saying another will come in two days but till now no one has come they don’t pick the calls I have been calling since 2 days then this lady picks n says they don’t have a maid when I ask them for the money they said I have to mail them for the refund Wat the hell you people haven’t even provided me the maid and they tell me money will me given after 60 days who the hell is running the company I want to speak to the owner is this the way you behave with the costumers after taking the money n say you will return after 60 days when u pick the money in half hour what the hell is this company doing. . I will take action if I don’t get the money imm . People please don’t consider this company there are many in the market it was a bad experience we had
Don't take any service. They can't provide replacement. Also maids just want one month salary and then disappear stating various family issues. No compassion or ethics from the maids. Your just a customer to be leached as much as possible. Stay away from a maid named sobha if they offer her as a maid. Compulsive lier, will take weeks off and expect you to pay even when she is not around, I lost close to 2k not much compared to the rest who have lost the entire sum probably.
Fraud agency. Stolen Credit Card & J7 Prime Phone. Arguing and abusing staff. Very ill mannered. Refusing to refund the advance. Not ready to connect with the owner of the company. And Ms. Aalia has the guts to say that she does not care, about Google Reviews because she is very successful in stealing good money from people like us and the company she is working in. Not scared of the police also! The owner does not visit the office for months so seems to be unaware or maybe is actually a fraud himself!
They are asking me to pay money before placing nanny.gone thru the reviews and decided to ignore this S k services.Thank god.My money is safe.....
Fraud company. They didn't provide replacement when my maid left due to emergency and lady called Aliya and Sahil tries to threaten you.Aliya pretends to be there is an owner but she is the owner . All staff also left because they don't provide salary
Really bad service,... They have appointed a maid with an initial registration of 13000 Rs. The maid took leave after 90days of joining and never came back. The SK service guys did not replace until 4 months and defaulted on the registration fee of Rs 13000 . Please dont fall prey for this services. There are better agencies.
The @consumercourt needs to filter and book such type of companies under fraud case. Ridiculous behavior and the owner does not connect on the phone. Ms. Aalia in this company is a thief working with her group and thinks nobody can take an action against her.
