Dont deserves single star because the service was poor. They broken my mirror , Washing machine pipe and so many scratches on bed , wardrobe and Ac. After I asked the owner to give me compensation for that then he blamed the person working saying take money from them but give my money which is decided whether they are his persons only. No planning , no team work , I will not advice this packers and movers at all.

Owners behaviour is pathetic Better to go for any other expensive packers and movers cause you end up paying more money anyways as bakshish.

They were on time, but the person who comes for survey initially told us that the laborers are company's employee and not external. When they actually completed the shifting, these labourer's started asking for me over and above the agreed amount. On asking they said "yeh toh aap company ko de rahe ho, Hume bhi kuch extra bakshish de do".also they were not at all organised. None of the boxes had details of the contains written. Also our cupboard got damaged while moving it to new house...lastly, they were in hurry... Not sure if this is the level of service give by brands like them. Also the paper boxes that they got were very limited and for the rest they packed in plastic cartons which they emptied as per their wish to take it back in return... Pathetic experience, I believe it's worth paying little extra and giving the order to Agarwal packer and movers.. they have skilled and fully trained staff .. Not at all recommending this one...
