It's a indian naval personnel hospitality center. Not useful for civilian. Highly security and under surveillance area.

Rooms are not maintained properly... Foods are tasty but staffs are lethargic. Garden is good for the party and specious. Place is very nice and hthe institute stands one of the prominent and prime place in Mumbai. But due to maintenance is not upto the mark. ONE star for maintenance of the property.

This place belongs to Indian navy only armed force personnel are to get entry here.. Nice accommodation dormatries and rooms for family also available here.. Food is also in low cost.. And hygiene.. Nice place to stay
