The PET scan is fine and the doctor is good. The servicing of the customer is pathetic! They take appointments and then people mob the counter & whoever is most aggressive gets registered first. What is the point of an appointment then? Women have to wait when there’s a lot of men standing at the counter since they cannot push their way through. Everyone’s time is important and there’s no token system or order at the registration. Pathetic!
