Unprofessional Bought a gsd puppy from here in June 2020 which was later diagnosed with HIP Displaysia… Doctors said Hip Displaysia is usually a genetic disease.. Later, my expectations of this kennel being professional was shattered when they never cared or kept me updated on when I would get back my KCI papers... It is only when I started enquiring about the KCI papers they did something which makes me wonder if the doctor is right... I received the KCI papers after a huge delay, giving multiple reminders from my side and not getting even a single follow up(unless if I have pushed them for the same) from their side... Maybe one can consider corona for the delay but the total lack of initiative from their side and professionalism to at least keep me updated for once speaks for itself. I would advise people to never buy a dog but to adopt. I made a mistake you don't.

Well, I'm a first time owner and naturally, I had many many doubts as to how to go about petting a puppy. Lots of concerns regarding the place I'm gonna get my pup from. I had my doubts. But let me assure you, when I had a conversation with Swapnil( Sangfroid Kennel Owner), all my doubts were cleared. He was very professional and clear in answering my queries. As far as the experience from looking at the puppy through pictures to finally holding him in my hands is concerned, Well, it was very smooth and convenient. The puppy was sent to me by the safest means possible. He was healthy, active, alert and so adorably cute. Honestly, he is a little bundle of joy. And the after experience was and still is great! Swapnil has actually advised me as to how I can take care of the puppy in the best way possible. From the food to the meds and everything, he has been really really helpful. All in all, my first time experience of petting a pup turned out to be really well. I would definitely suggest anybody who's looking to pet a dog, to go for Sangfroid Kennel without a second thought. Thanks Swapnil for sending Coco( my pup) ! :)

When I decided to get a dog one of my friend suggested me sangfroid... For the first time I was nervous how they will deliver from puna to Mumbai... But today when I look at my Leo who is 5 months old ( black male lab ) I feel proud of my decision... Swapnil ji always reply whenever I ask something about Leo... He is a big boy in only 5 months... So if u r planing to get a puppy u can trust SangFroid in closed eyes... SangFroid is the best place if u r planing to get a

The best. We wanted a German Shepherd puppy, but we could not find it anywhere in goa. I found his contact from the net and just through some phone calls, he sent me my puppy all the way to goa. My pup is so smart and adorable. Thk u guys, my experience was very pleasant and smooth... Highly recommend.

We got a Golden Retriever puppy from SangFroid Kennel last month. Though living in Navi Mumbai we preferred getting the puppy from SangFroid (Pune) as we found lot of positive reviews about SangFroid online and after talking to Swapnil we did not reach out to any other breeder or pet shop. Being a first time pet owner we had a lot of questions/queries. Swapnil was kind enough to take our calls and clarify all our doubts, queries and give us all the required information. He was very supportive post delivering the puppy and guided us with the do’s and don’ts. In fact, whoever has seen our puppy (Vet, trainer) has praised the puppy’s health and temperament. They enquired about where did we get the puppy from… we highly recommend SangFroid Kennel if you are planning to get your four legged companion.

I recently got a Golden Retriever from SangFroid Kennel and my experience with them has been a 5 star experience. Swapnil Sir is a very genuine and calm person to deal with and he has been very responsive to all my questions (24x7) right from the start and even after I got my puppy especially since I was going to be a first time dog owner and he still keeps on guiding me. In terms of delivery he shipped my puppy from Pune to Mumbai at no extra cost on the promised day without any exceptions. Overall I'm very much satisfied with SangFroid Kennel and I would highly recommend them if you are planning to get a 4 legged companion in your family. :)
