My cabin door lock had come out and could not be fixed by us. We reported the complaint with Sai fabricators owner Mr Soiru . Mr Soiru was kind enough to depute his service engineer Mr Maruti and team for attending my complaint the next day.the service was prompt and the job was professionally executed. Also proper safety precautions were followed by the visiting team due to the ongoing covid scenario.My complaint was out of warranty , still no charges were taken inspite of this being a major job. Really thankful to Sai fabricators and must compliment you for having such a professional and customer friendly set up.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have taken the contract and promised the best windows. They have sent inexperienced labourers to fit my windows. Damaged my windows and also sent wrong windows which were still fitted even though they were the wrong size. These guys ..Mr Soiru and Mr Kunal will sweet talk you into believing they will provide very good windows from Germany.. but the windows are useless. I have never had the misfortune of working with such cowboys and highly recommend you do not go with them. I am happy to show all what kind product these people will con you into buying. They have made me physically ill over the amount of times I have stress out over there service and quality of the windows. Be aware of these people.. . They will cause you nothing but headache...

Since there no lesser Rating available to give i am forced to give single Star. Plus the owner might deserve that ONE for the sweet talks extended. I would advice all to be careful while dealing with them as I have had a bitter experience. First of all they are quick to accept 100% advance for the work and then linger long time to install after repeated requests. The window frame size supplied to me was not up to the mark and required additional packing with Foam to cover up the gap. material quality prima facie appears good but would like to see how good it lasts. But the line and length required is missing. May be manufacturers have made some mistake or employees have failed to fit as per good line and length. I found their employees working as if they are doing this job for the first time. Worst is the professional approach towards work by them. They come any time after 11:30 am and linger with work slowly. I had problem with this because I had to stay back in house for the whole day ( 3 days) , keeping my prior engagements aside for this total 1 days job.
