Customer services is not good at all...bought new vehicle yesterday and the front tire was already flat...and when asked them to check whether it's punctured or what they say it's new only nothing has happened. It wasn't even 15 mins that I received the vehicle and this is the case... I don't know if they're irresponsible or what...the lady who was taking care of our delivery n all when asked her to make sure it's not punctured she is hesitating to ask the mechanic. I don't know what's happening but I would never ever prefer TVS in my life again..and I just went over and enquired about what n all vehicles are there and what are their features the lady doesn't even know what are Thier features and calls multiple times in day to purchase the vehicle without any reason....very irritating

I have given vehicle for servicing on 17th November and today Is 1st December'2020 still vehicle not repaired reason being " cable not available in the market ". Its exactly 2 weeks now and they are telling the same story from day 1. I made the mistake given the vehicle for servicing here. I would have got this job done any of the local garage in a days time. I request everyone should avoid this showroom for any of the services.

Worst service ever! I had been delaying my scooter repair for 4 days but these people said "we will get back yours scooter with in 9hrs. Never ever believe their timings. Don't get service here I repeat again.
