The massage was very relaxing. They began on time and showed us the various options for oils and massages. The prices are clearly shown with explanation. The massage rooms are comfortable and cozy. The therapists are well trained. They ask for feedback on pressure and technique. After the massage, the steam was good to remove relax before the shower. The check out process was smooth with clearly marked invoice. Definitely a spa I can return to for more treatments.

Very Professional, Miss their service. I have has multiple visits to ‘Sawadhee Traditional Thai Spa’ and it was worth visiting. I opted for the Deep Tissue Therapy and they made me choose the oil according to my preference. They had 6 types of oils to choose from – Lavender/ Jasmine/ Indian rose, etc. The therapist was very well trained and knew exactly which points to work on. I was having a lot of pain in my back and shoulder and felt great amount of relief after my massage. The rooms were spacious and clean and so was the bathroom neat and clean. There was also steam and shower after my therapy. After that, they offered me some Thai Herbal Tea, which was very soothing. The ambience, the décor, the music everything was beautifully done and it felt as though I had walked into a spa in Thailand. Had a wonderful experience, will visit soon with my family. I recommend “Sawadhee Traditional Thai Spa” to everyone as it’s a place you are made to feel like you are special!!

I recently visited the Sawadhee Traditional Thai Spa. The massage was great- but that was the only good part there. The receptionist was the person who was just speaking a lot ( mind you- a lot means really a lot without taking any gaps) and not hearing to other person's concern. For every query I had , she was giving the same answer. Moreover, she also told me ki \karwana hai to jaldi jaldi andar jao shuru krte hain nai to bahut customers ki booking hai aj\(If you want to get it done, just go in quickly otherwise we have many other customers) --- this was when there was no other person waiting there. In addition to this, the toilet of my massage room was clogged with tissue papers, the flush was broken and kept above it. Also the shower area had started to clog just after 2 minutes of shower. It was the biggest turn off. After reporting this concern at the reception, the receptionist told ho gaya hoga thoda bahut. Not a single word of apology was offered. Overall- I would recommend the staff there to be more professional and listen to other person's concerns (especially the receptionist) Because without listening to the concerns-- you wont ne able to suggest the right kind of therapy that they are looking for. Also please please please look into your infrastructural issues. These things need to be checked daily before starting the therapy in every room.
