My sincere suggestion is to stop buying from then just by watching YouTube videos. They send damaged sarees and they say that we check the quality before we send the shipment. Even after sharing the pictures with the customer service team through WhatsApp, keeping the resolution a side the way what they speak is definitely not right. One of their associate named AKSHITHA mentioned that it is we the customers did the damage ourselves. And they know that it is a returning customer.

Very bad experience shopping at this place. I expected a decent sale from this so called branded store. Customer service (Mohan) is so bad at responding to the customers. They gave wrong information about the saree which made me purchase. Later when I realized (not too long), they are not even allowing us to talk about the concern. Its not worth trusting this place. My opinion on this place completely changed right after my first purchase.

I just loved the collection... I have purchased more then 20 saree's that to only online and the frabic is so excellent... and the delivery is so fast n quick I get it next day of I order...and the person I have contact Mr.Akbar Khetani he is so kind hearted person and so friendly helps me in all my queries n booking...thank you so much..... I hope I visit to store very soon to get more collection.
