Room services, Nursing staff's care, neatness, beds are well maintained. Only soups & fruit juices are not available in the afternoon for post operations patients.

Mrs lakshmi IP billing manager is an uneducated , unethical , inhuman person in all ways and no respect towards patients. She is good at manipulating bills and also escaping when asked for clarification. She doesn’t give bills with a proper clarification against the expenses . I wonder how Kims appointed Such unethical and manipulater. I have respect towards the Doctors , faculty , nursing staff. Mrs lakshmi I would like to hear a clarification on this. Today you have crossed your limit by creating and spreading false allegations against the patient.

Worst management of lifts, have to wait lot of time whenever you use a lift, not all lifts available are functional, lot of difficulty to navigate between floors in a building of 15 -20 floors.

These people are asking 90,000 rupees for one room for one day after surgery for patient. Excluding the other charges they are asking the patient to pay 90,000 rupees for one day of stay after surgery
