I was very sceptical as I have never rented a car before in India, but this was a very pleasant experience. The car was neat and in good condition. The process of picking up and dropping car was smooth. They pick you up at airport and will collect the car back at airport making the experience pleasant and hassle free.

Firstly, Congratulations to CarLe for starting self drive service in Varanasi. I am greatly satisfied with the service. Received an almost new Tata Tigor at my doorstep. Car was smooth and my experience was quite good. Would love to avail again. Cheers!
I got car in very good condition and on time. It was a pleasant experience. Rental charges are also decent. I will recommend to their service. This was my first experience and it was much smoother than I expected.I would rate them 5 star. Thanks for your services. Will use it again.
It was really a great experience with carle for their service and support. I asked them to pick and drop car at different location they agreed without any questions. Also the price for rent was reasonable. This is the first time I was using self drive rental car service in U.P. so little worried but they provided hassle free service. The car condition was also good and clean from inside.
Some facts I experienced : 1) car provided by some third party of the owner , who are very rude and lack of business ethics 2)I cleaned car given myself. Fill the water for wiper 3)car was dirty inside and outside both during handover 4) got the car after one hour as per schedule time 5) do proper inspections of the car and take photos to avoid extra charges while returning 6) most important- do some mail communication for terms and conditions written because third party car vendor and owner have many gaps. 7) Car didn’t have PUC (pollution) certification.
Earlier I had used service for self service cars but till now carle was best one for me. They do not bug you for anything. The whole process (from pick up and drop) was very smooth. Highly recommended :).
I'm from tamilnadu.. I used their service for two days... Very good and genuine service... If they choose genuine workers.. They'll grow up more.. Wish all success...
