From removing the original paper wrap of Pirre Cardin pens to putting their own price stickers, this store screems cheat. The owner particularly will take every opertunity to misinform and cheat. 2 times I visited. Once to buy a particular model of calculator which they didn't have. But the owner tried to convince they have the better model, which was definitely a pep talk to sell their stocked product. Second time I visited to buy a Pirre Cardin pen which they removed the paper wrap, where the original MRP pricing is generally printed. They put their own pricing (higher than MRP) in white stickers. What a disgrace to Serampore's merchant community. We customers are not idiots.

Best place in serampore for buying birthday gifts, must have items for school going kids etc. I visited this store many times and I am very happy with their products. Here you can find high quality ball pens, ink pens at less price. Also varieties of other small office work items like envelopes, gums, tapes, cover files etc all are available. Staffs are very helpful also. Thank you New Deepak.
