Problem 1: I paid for 25 lit water geyser and they delivered 15 lit and when I informed the same then they asked me to bring the 15lit on on my own to shop to take 25lit. Problem 2: I have called on my own and followed up with Havells person for installation, the vinay & co person is behaving totally irresponsible. Once he receives money then he feels that his job is done. I though of buying water purifier, sofa set etc, but after this experience I dropped to buy the same with them.

it is a very bad experice with vinay & co as i have purchase samsaung 500 ltr refrigirator the product is installed by the demo person and then it was not at all cooling i raised a complaint to customer care and now i am following this up with them . they sold me not working machine to me and now they cleaned there hands by saying we are following up.

They don't believe in customer satisfaction. They don't know how to speak to customers specifically after item is sold. Don't buy from here rather go to some branded stores like relience digital, at least you will get fair customer service
