Inspite of my repeated requests since 3 days, they couldn't find time for OS formatting in my laptop.. Not at all responsive, irresponsible too.. Really hate their service.. I have already reminded them and requested them since Saturday that I need that MS office version urgently, as MS WORD and PowerPoint is not opening in my laptop. But still they didn't complete it.. On Sunday they told me that it's just a matter of 45 mins.. But didn't complete it till Tuesday.. Fed up with their response..

Waste of time. No engineer has complete technical knowledge. They simply dismantle your laptop and charge for the service. They kept my laptop for more than 20 days and finally said they can’t able to fix the issue. Very poor customer service. Totally disappointed.

I feel not to waste my time on sharing the review. Customer has to run behind them. And I don't know how they could run office at vizianagaram with this much poor service. I think there is no competitor so they still playing with customers valuable time. I simply hate.

It was very poor service provided by them. They don't tell exact problem untill customer ask. After wasting couple of days, i got my laptop with bad condition.
