Had a very bad experience in this hospital. The nurse staffs will never responds in time. You will have to change bedsheet by yourself even if you are paying Rs 3300 for a private room. This hospital only knows how to make a bill. Only few staffs are polite and kind. Civil hospital is much more better than Supercare... Think before you go.

This is a very new hospital located a happy valley near solhart area. As like pvt hospitals here they charge very high. Hospital is clean and hygienic and all basic facilities are available. If it goes affordable many people may reach here for their treatments as I didnt see any crowd inside this hospital. A very small canteen available outside.

This is one of the best hospitals in Shillong. Not even one staff member was rude, including the cleaning staffs, ward boys, nurses and doctors. Even during the corona times I felt completely safe there the safety measures were very good. Even the toilets were very clean. The only thing is that it is super expensive. Staying there for 8 days costed me a lakh rupees (including an operation)

The Doctors Came Twice A Day To Checked the Patient ...Hats Off To the Staff at This Organization The Nurses Performed Their Parts Well they are very friendly with the patient and patient's attendant they Smile More Work More And Complaint Less Even the Cleaners Here are professionals... There is nothing bad about it even when it is expensive it worth every penny..
