It's been more than 2 plus years I stayed there and seen it getting occupied from 1% to more than 80%. The best feature it being in outskirt which gives clean air environment and the worst is the society maintenance team. Completely unfriendly and non cooperative staff members. Construction is weak and not earth quake resistant beside that there is no community centre within the society. For buyers if you want peace, right place to buy/rent a property but if you are social person, the simply don't think about it and if you bachelor- they don't allow one.
