Just low class customer service. Show friendlyness while buying stuff and show up real side when you return thier own items. They behaved politely when I was buying things from them. I bought few upgraded locks and requested a return for old item. He blatantly refused to take back the old items saying I made purchases 4 months back. While buying they said we take the return anytime if bill is provided. Disgrace people.
