Very good experience of Shreenath Motors Hyundai service as I am the old customer of Shreenath Hyundai from 2011 I used to drive Verna SX (Diesel) till now Creta 2020. I really thanks to all the staff's of Shreenath Sales and Service who provide me the good maintenance of my Creta And much Caring by Especially Mr. Zaid Pawaskar (Service Advisor) & Mr. Dinesh who done the needful, Great work I wish them Good luck and make Shreenath Hyundai Service upto It's Mark 1st place in Mumbai dealership. The entire Team Once again thank you so much ️ I do surely recommend to my friends and colleagues about the service and sales of Shreenath Hyundai To the Customers "Lovers will allways love the service Hater's do not back out please give them a chance to prove them in a best way!" Earlier they gave a good experience but when I went back to renew my hyundai insurance and get my car service done, the service advisor even after 2-3 calls didn't call back to tell what work needs to be done in my car, only a lady calls to get the car picked up but no one tells what work is needed to be done or an estimate of service. Even I told them I am going to a diff dealer to purchase insurance and service still they were not bothered on loosing 25-35 k business on a single car. Might be the service centre is overloaded with work.

Went to Shreenath Hyundai Service Center Govandi, Mumbai, for my 1st free service of Aura S CNG. Good and cooperative staff at service center. Specially Mr Shailendra Kamat is very good, cooperative and good in communication with customers. Appreciated.

I had given my car for a total servicing on 07-Jan-2021. The car was returned on the following day. On receiving I realised that the mirror on the driver's side was not operational. I immediately called up the service manager to check with the pickup driver if it was operational when picked up and he confirmed it was in order. He sent a mechanic home to check the issue and try to resolve it. When the mechanic came home he realised the mirror had been electrically disconnected as the motor was in a continuous cut in state when connected. This was not told to me as an issue whilst in servicing but was slyly included in the pending jobs that I realised only later. As though this was not enough 1 day into driving the car the engine fault light has come on. The issue is yet to be rectified. An all round disappointing performance by Shreenath Hyundai Govandi.

Poor service by Shreenath Hyundai. On sending my i20 for service the service representative was just focused on selling add on packages like engine additive, coating for exhaust pump etc. He didn't even do the basic cleaning of the car properly (Pics posted below - the white colour is from bird droppings which wasn't removed). When I refused to accept the dirty car after service his initial response was I did not opt for coating package which he had offered. He asked me to accept the car and that he would send a cleaning guy which was duly sent in a couple of days ( hence an additional star instead of one star). Later he requested me to give 10 if Hyundai service calls for feedback but still wasn't focused on solving the core issue that why wasn't the car cleaned thoroughly and why is the focus on only selling value add packages. I was amazed at his request of asking me to modify my feedback when I just told him I was unhappy. The focus was only on getting a rating and not offering the right service. Extremely poor experience. I would suggest the service center to focus on the core service offering instead of just focusing on value add packages and ratings.

I am highly satisfied with the service they provide. The workshop is not well maintained in terms of interior and cleanliness but the staff over there is very helpful and professional. I’ve had a very nice experience with the service advisor Mr Akshay. He makes you feel valuable and addresses all the concerns with utmost attention. I’ve known him since a year now and I always ask for him when my cars go for a service there.
