Namaste SKY Yoga institute is one of the best yoga classes which make sure you stay healthy n Fit not only just physically but mentally and spiritually too. Shrikrishna yog sanstha is one of the top yoga school all over india I learn most of hathayoga here Excellent teacher training course Good about course is that teacher are very cooperative and they are teaching from the soul and hardworking They teach how to teach yoga to student Well design course There musical yoga course is also good no one india have this type of musical yoga skill When you join course I suggest you meet Guruji sachin Dhotre sir There knowledge about kundalini yoga meditation is unbelievable I truly learn deapth of meditation here And experience meditation I am student batch of 2003 I personally learn from guruji that is heavenly experience for life time

I was looking for a yoga course for a long time in pune then known person told me about SKY yoga centre. i joining online course but It turned out very interesting and full of information course. Thanks to Dr ram mahale for well contents and simplified study materials which helped a non-medical student like me to understand complex functions of human body. I am also thankful to my teachers who made things too easy to understand. Theory teacher, sachin sakat sir is very humble, committed and outstanding person who explained yogic concepts and lot practice a very precise and understanding manner. Both the teachers are very supportive .They almost respond instantly to the queries asked in the forum.studio is excellent and i got spiritual path of my life Overall an amazing experience. Would like to do another course here without a second thought.thanks sachin sir to guide me.
