The apartments over there was so good, they have very good parking facilities, gym, play grounds, tennis courts and swimming pool. They maintain their decorum and decency, even the staffs over there behave nicely and friendly.

Apartment looks good, it seems it's hardly 1 year old, but especially at A block when you look up you can see plenty of cracks in the building, it looks pretty scary but the apartment builders nicely filled the cracks with plaster. If it's an old building it's understandable but brand new one getting cracks, it's something you need to look after. Vastu is correct (in houses which I have seen here) Well ventilated and light is also there.
