I have had a very bad experience with this company. The owner is very rude & unprofessional and doesn’t even know how to deal with clients. He don’t have any knowledge about Ultrasonic Machine. My machine is not working from the very first day and it was under warranty. This time when I had sent it for repairing to his office he took out all the parts and gave us the machine and said that he has repaired. I have audio recording in which his employee Aman is clearly accepting that they have changed the parts and replaced it with low quality. I have been texting the owner but he ain’t replying. Please don’t buy any ultrasonic from him. You will regret big time.
