Got my 5900x and X570 Aorus Master from here, was very skeptical on ordering because I haven't heard there name everywhere, so I had some legitimacy issues, but they reassured me and shared videos and pics of the products also while packing and shipping. Really friendly communication and overall I had a great time buying my CPU and MOBO from them.

great service. appreciate the effort they put in. thank u. just got my dell monitor replaced.SE2419H the product broke down just past one year and the retailer says cant help as the warrenty period had lapsed.(actual warrenty for dell products are 3years ) dunno y but the retailer gave just one year cover. thanks to shivam IT service and the staff for helping me out with this one. i followed the suggestions and made a toll free call to the dell service immediately. and yes the procedure cant get as simple and easy as this. i just had to chat with the company representative and email few images of the monitor. within few weeks the company sent me a new monitor replacing the old one. a thought of switching to other brand was averted. n i guess dell owes this to shivam IT . happy i got my monitor replaced . thankyou dell, thank u shivam IT SERVICE.
