I bought a designer washbasin 01 and half year back and i paid premium price as it was designer .. But after around a year , a crack appeared on the washbasin around the base of it. I tried to call them but no answer. I send a message to their whatsapp number . I got a reply saying they will call me . This happened two weeks back but I haven't received any response from them even after reminding them twice. I just wonder how they expect to sell their products with such an attitude
