Worst service centre I have seen ever ,they said about my bike it has to be alignment of his shocker but they did not do it and charges for it and when I reached to receive my bike after service ,bike service is incomplete.

Technically good staff. And convenient location. But very low customer service. They do not listen much. my problem was solved but some charges were extra i think as there are no ways to know the exact issue solved. and they will just talk in hurry and charge the bill.

Worst place they are not commited Ispecially when u have ghazaibad address now it's arround two month they did't provide me number plate they just keep telling me we are trying and we are sending email blah blah ! I will never suggest any one to purchase bike from here worst experience

Very disappointed with the services of this agency. Their customer satisfaction level is zero. I gave my duet for servicing but they delayed it and I got my scotty back in 2 days after following up so much and without my confirmation they generated service card for no reason....

This is froud bike agency. Apply uncessary charges to customer. Like if you payment by card extra amount deducted 2.9%. They can't any right means GSTExtra GST. Some assiseries provide by Hero company but they removing some items from the bike/Scooter they sold to the customer again in the form of extra amount payable by customer. Pls don't go to Singla hero agency Noida Sec-58 near labour chowk.
