Same Medical facilities comparison to other hospitals but other hospitals are much better than this in part of treatment cost .

One of the worst hospital of Rohtak. Staff don't know how to speak with patients. Other side doctor is there to make the money. It's been more than 3 months visiting there to get the treatment of my mother's sister but no improvement at all. Everytime we go, he(Doctor) took 2 mins to write number of test which cost us around 5k and after waiting for 3-4 hrs, he advised to have medicines for 20 days. This is happening from last 3 months... This hospital don't even deserve for 1 star. Fake hospital...

The senior doctors are Good. No question on doctor's knowledge and experience. But the overall management of hospital is bad. No sense of responsibility in staff. Junior doctors have no knowledge and are rude. They treat every patient as if they are uneducated. The worst part are the tests. They charge extremely high than the Dr. Lal Path Labs and write unnecessary tests that is not required at all. I can quote simple examples of mismanagement : Water dispenser is available at reception, but disposable glasses are not available , you have to buy that from canteen. No facility of Hand Sanitizer at reception or anywhere in the premises. For ultrasound the doctor is called on call and the patient have to wait for that, we waited 1 hour. OPD timings are 10AM to 1PM Ultrasound doctor came in at 12:50 PM . How can we show the test report to doctor by 1 PM Blood reports take unusual time that what they exactly told. We had to come again next day. And next day the doctor was unavailable, and the staff kept us waiting saying 1st Junior doctor will check the reports and then the main doctor. After 30 min junior doctor saw the report and did not responded appropriately. These are all examples of mismanagement. Overall the motive is money making.

My experience has not been very good lately ie two days back. Junior dr siwach's prescription is not upto the mark. My son had to bear pain due to wrong prescription( after usg n blood tests).
