I had got the cctv installed in my home. I got in touch with Pratap from getting the quotation to getting the work finished. He was very patient with me to give multiple quotation based on my choice of model of cameras, dvr box and hard drive. His team did a very neat job in terms of installation of the cctv ,casing and cabling in the house. While making the payment we felt, the calculation about the cable used was incorrect. However, we made the full payment but I raised my concern about the calculation with Pratap. He had sent another member of his team to my house the very next day where he measured the cabling done and acknowledged that I was right in my concern. They gave me a DVR rack complimentary for the mistake. The commitment to customer satisfaction was very pleasing and acceptance of the mistake made me very happy. Usually after getting the money nobody bothers to rectify things which was not the case here. Overall a very satisfying experience. I would strongly recommend ny friends about their services.
