Staff onboard was courteous but could not speak Hindi or English. Google directions don't help to reach the boarding point. Plan to reach before it gets dark. Quality of food was average and cleanliness of the boathouse needs improvement. Stay was value for money as it was during Christmas. Backwater cruise during sunrise was the best part
