Firstly, the counter looks so congested and small. But the people(staff) were quite good and helpful. I prefer SpiceJet mostly when I travel....! Booking tickets in advance either at the ticket counter or through SpiceJet official website will come in handy otherwise you need to pay a lot for your travel. We can get the details of all the offers and also about the prices directly at the counter itself...!

Worst airlines among all. Almost 2 hours delay. Our tour fully changed due to this airlines. One full day is waste for me. Customer service also very bad. I never recommend to any other to choose this airlines. We had a bad experience along with kids.

Worst customer service.. there's no courtesy, how to speak with passenger. serving unhygienic food onboard. One thing I came to know... If we raise issue then only will face problem. Otherwise everything will be smooth enough. It's only depends, everything should accept whatever they'll serve you.
