The service of store at Sohna Road is really great. However, the one at Sapphire 83 (Sector 83 Gurgaon) is pathetic. I initial tried getting the wooden blinds during Diwali. The guys made appointment for the measurement 4 times and never showed up. Took their services again for Vinyl Flooring in kitchen and Wooden Blinds. Gave 100% advance, they promised to install both in 3 days. Then came back saying the color we choose for Blinds are out and wanted us choose some other color. Did that. Date of installation was changed. Their guys did not showed up on the promised date. I had to give off (paid) to labor's who we suppose to work post installation of vinyl flooring. Had to call numerous times. Shout at them to get the Vinyl flooring installed the next day. The guys who installed the flooring did such a bad job that flooring is coming off in just 3 days. Had to cancel the wooden blinds order as all I was getting excuses for delay instead of the wooden blinds. So, in all wasted 2 festivals in one year..burnt blood and got a pathetic service. ..which in most case needs to be done by some one who knows what they are doing.
