Good experience. In cities, after scan they give report after 1-2 hours. but here they give my report after 5 minutes after ultra scan. good service for agency people. Scan doctor is also asking good questions based on my problem. in cities scan doctor do not talk to patient. but here scan doctor is asking my problem and doing scan.

I brought my father for City scan of brain for accident. Staff provided wheel chair and did city scan immediately. Doctor gave report after 20 minutes. In eluru and big cities doctor give report after 3 to 4 hours. but here report given within one hour. very good scan quality also. same 16 slice city scan also used in eluru and vijaywada

You need improve your scanning standards especially in ultra sound. And it should be very hygienic for ultra scan. And we got different results from another scan center which is correct.

Best scanning center. I came at 10 am, got scan by 11 and report was issued within 5 minutes. Although staff are rude and tough, its acceptable because many patients and their attenders are making lots of unnecessary arguments. During my waiting time i saw that many patients are behaving like VIPs and asking for immediate scans, which is not correct. In cities like Rajahmundry, Eluru and Kainada you have to wait for 3 to 4 hours for scan and then they will give you report after 1 hour. compared to that this scanning center is far better.

5 stars for report and building looks. i have uterus pain for 6 months. i get scan at many scan centers at eluru and vijayawada, All gave normal report. But this doctor gave me correct report. Staff is rude, but doctor is very polite. Tq

Worst scan center.. there is no proper reply worst reception staff... no proper answer to patients.... rude behaviour...simply saying we are only running center even in covid times..better display outside the same thing..then better you run with your staff not with customer..we came by 10am and your staff ask me to wait and kept my form aside..after 1hr went and ask your staff about mine they simply said we forget just wait we will fill the form..this is the way u r working and simply blaming customer .. Worst and shame ...u r not giving free service we are paying money.. even after we asked return my money but ur admistration replied mistakely happen sorry for inconvienience please wait for few minutes we will give priority for you and now in reviews ur r giving such a worst reply great two faced man power.....if there is any delay just inform to customer to take food but ur staff is not able todo even that also..
