The agent is so good type. For his good behavior I am coming again and again. He is taking care of his passenger as like his own family member. Apart from this I loved to travel in SRM. Executive sleeper is so good and I recommend for Ladies and old aged people's. One things the agent need to sort out is 'The restroom'. Please arrange for that.

In fact I got the last backside lower berth from KOVILPATTI to Chennai, but had a good sleep and relaxed journey in the Mercedes Benz bus. Only stopover at Samayapuram needs to be improved, since stopping or eliminating open defecation is what all of us are aiming at. Otherwise good experience. Thanks.
