This is not a organization it is small shop where management focus is only how to earn money without any investment over man power and material. In this organization working those type of people who never work in good organization or they fired from other industry. You will not get salary on time even 2-3 months you will not get you salary when you will ask they will kick out with out any prior notice this thing not happens only with one people, I can share contact details of those person who suffer from these problems. Also they deduct provided fund and not submitted in PF office., also in this organization both side PF deduct from only your side If you need put reply over this. In this organization you will lose entire goodwill from applicator, distributor. They will work on your commitment in time of payment they will kick you out and not pay money to applicator to who work with you in time of emergency. This is my request to the person who is going to join this organization please you are spoiled your career and killing you times no career growth nothing. I am one of them still facing problem to get job and lose some my good client due to the mail put by management. Thank you
