Syed is super unethical and very bad at customer service. The activa we got broke 3 times in a day. He told to drag it from one workshop to another and this ruined my entire trip to pondy. He blamed us for getting cheated at one of the workshop. He charged fully for the poor quality bikes and was very rude to us. Please don't ruin your vacation by renting broken activas from this place. Edit : Aah yes, replying to owner's comment, Syed was in Chennai during this time and asked me to bargain at these auto workshops after runining my 2 day trip to Pondi. All in all apart from the various issues during the trip, and paying 150 rupees for the repair, syed refunded me 200 rupees on that activa thus compensating me for 50 rupees for all my troubles.
