Sub Registrar Office , Kapasera is well designed , well built and computerized with a big waiting area . Staff is trained and prompt .

Clean & modern looks from outside. Helpful staffs. But, people used the wall to remove thumb impression ink. So, entire inner wall in waiting hall is mess. Toilets are having no water, severely leaking, stinking.
