Extreme delay in shipping Unresponsive Customer Service Prepaid items so you spend first with hardly any guarantee of delivery unless you don't repeatedly call them Never order sugarfree Gulab Jamun by Sugarless Bliss on their website Details: I ordered Sugar Free Gulab Jamun on 3rd December, 2017. They never cared to share any shipping details until a long time. Customer Service never picked up calls. Their email wasn't working and mails didn't get delivered .. Finally on one fine day, the call was received and on inquiring about the item, they said that they would send the shipping details soon. They didn't. I contacted again. Finally shipping details were sent and it was dispatched on 15th December after I called. So, it was pretty obvious that had I not called they would never dispatch the items. Anyway it finally arrived on 22nd december. And all I could see inside the tins were tiny gulab jamuns (size of a grape) and most of them were broken (pictures below). A total waste of money.

I am diabetic patient and I must thankful to sugarfree mart team who deliver the product on time. I seen many reviews but i am sharing my experience here that they really doing something good for us (diabetic people). Might be sometimes they failure but still i appreciate this afford otherwise i always think that i cant taste the sweet because of my disease. and i have ordered 2 times but its was delivered in 3-4 days so its not bad time. thanks once again.

I bought sugar free honey. While ordering there was no option of choosing the flavour hence I order whatever was default. Next day I called up for changing the flavour if possible. Which was allowed but still the delivery was not changed. Again I called up I was told not to use it and within 2/3 hours I will get a call back. Today 4 days are over but no call. Even If I am calling they disconnect the call.

It's nice step by sugar free Matt and they made portal for diabetics and health conscious people. I have ordered product sugar free syrup in Mumbai and it's delivered in next day. My experience was awesome.

worst experience. Ordered sweets on 17the Oct 2017, Still they have not delivered. No response from them. Sent lots of mail. No response. Made calls, nobody is picking up. Seems to be a fake one.
