First they don't fix the issue we report... Their focus is over increasing the billing anyhow... The primary issue is not fixed and it keeps popping up again and again... They charge for sanitizing the vehicle in cash and it's not mentioned in the bill...

On my first servicing of Hero motorbike I experienced a horrible service! They didn't provided the service even after taking the charge for the same.I had to request the concerned authority to get it. They are charging extra 10/ for sanitization without keeping a sanitizer dispenser!!

The worst place to purchase bike.......Their staff is too lazy.....they even don't know...how to treat their customers..... They treat us like beggers not customer.......I have came for my first they refused.....infact they they dudn't given me rear view glasses, seat cover and tool box also.....these guys have cheap customer service......I request to everyone don't buy anything from this showroom......i have a very worst experience......
