Never ever look to book this place. For one, I have never been there. Booked it for the Christmas week in 2020. Was assured by the owner that there was a kitchen and food available at the hotel. Later, by chance happened to check and figured out that there was no food available. We were to travel with our elderly parents and two small children. We paid an advance which even after numerous follow ups, never got refunded. That tells you the whole story of the integrity of the people running the place. Please avoid at any cost.

The place was really awesome as far as "Experiential Silent Farm Stay" is concerned. About 4 - 5 kms from the city, they have tried to recreate a vintage village scenario. Really had a pleasant stay with my wife. The view around in (Nov - Dec) was scerene, green, peaceful. The rooms are pretty neat and toilets were clean. The wicker chairs the cowdung smeared walls, the library, the small stage hall, dormtory, the pantry, the paddy fields, ponds everything was awesome. Still there are a few things that one could improve upon like, parking for cars, fresh towels were missing, food is gonna be a concern unless you plan to do it yourself. If you are allergic to hay dust just be careful. But yes from Cocks and Hens, Puppies, Cows, Bullock cart and tractors it was a pleasant experience. Booked on Airbnb. Good for groups as there are dorms as well.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. They are big time cheaters as they don't have a fixed price for rooms the owner lady charged 1500 for a/c room and 2000 for non a/c. There is no hot water facility in both a/c and non a/c rooms and toilet is not attached in non a/c and there is no compound for the toilet not at all safe for women. There are paddy fields surrounding this place with mosquito infestation. Non a/c room given to us was a kitchen turned room as it had slab sink and unmeshed window for which I was charged 2k. Non a/c rooms has an unmeshed ventilation wherein a bat had come and crept below the cot. They don't bother to clean the room not change sheets. Once when we left the key for cleaning they never cleaned and led a rat into the room which chewed on the bedspread but still they did not bother changing. The owner overcharged us(by adding rent for more days than our stay)and when we brought this to her notice she was not at all sorry for overcharging. We were a group of people and only those who noticed about overcharging we're refunded others she never bothered. We had also asked them to provide breakfast at extra charge but the plates they gave us was not cleaned properly and left out with dogs roaming around. l will definitely not recommended this place and if anyone wants to stay make money matter clear with them.
To stay and listen to the story of bava And Very nice place
This is a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the Tiruvannamalai town. A great place to view the Hill from Pathayam. Set amidst lush green paddy fields, this is a fantastic getaway either for pilgrimage or otherwise. The caretakers are helpful and friendly. Food is not available on premises - if the host provides a simple breakfast and arrangements for coffee and tea that would be wonderful. Water heaters are needed, especially for the elderly. Otherwise a fantastic place, definitely recommend this one.

Not at all good place and safe place to stay, we have been tortured by staff including owner who are rowdys. They don't have basic curtesy to speak to the customers. Many people were gathered to argue and create a fear and pay whatever they are asking. There is no basic ethics no humanity. Please avoid booking this place.
