Useless people with 0% tolerance.. they are here just to make money and not to help a person travel well.. Just because of them I was not able to travel on 1st of July even after informing them to book a ticket well in advance that is 27th of June.. they don't even have the courtesy to call and tell if they are unable to book a ticket..

Surabhi travels is an authorised rail and air ticket travel agency in Kottayam...is situated near Kottayam railway station...they working time is 9:30 to 6:30...very decent behavior and well attractive fast ticketing agency..
