Super rude front desk staff. Prices are unnecessarily high. And staff will reveal important information/disclaimers after taking the payment. The prices are quoted online are different and what they actually charge is two times that. The management is inefficient and rude.

Suraksha has the worst type of management in their field. My opinion would be to stay away from this place. Let me put my experience in a few words. I had booked a full body check up for me and my parents through our company sponsored corporate plans. Reached the centre by 9 am on an empty stomach. Filled up all requisite details and the receptionist asked to wait. We waited for about 1 hour and then got no call from them. We got a little restless as we hadn't ate anything. Went to the receptionist and enquired, she told there were few tests in tje corporate plans which they didn't do. We told okay let's at least do the remaining ones. They agreed and asked me to wait again. After half hour I went upto them again and asked whats keeping them, they told come testing code is not matching up and asked me to wait again. Again after half hour someone comes to me and says that the tests cannot be done as their system is not accepting the corporate bookings. Now my question is why didn't they check this beforehand? I had booked 1 week prior and they had ample time to check and call me and tell this. I and my parents had taken office leave, which is wasted. And to add to this we remained empty stomach till 12noon which caused my parents to get bad headache and they are feeling sick.

I have done my father's MRI from here. It's a very trustworthy centre and also they have an option of downloading reports from online on the same day which is very much handy as physical reports generally arrive next day.

It's disgusting. I'm trying to call on the given number to get some information regarding test, but it's coming busy. I've tried at least 20-30times. It's so much disappointing.if in a urgent situation you can't give the proper service then it's meaningless.

Good place for all kind of tests .Staffs behaves good but still need to improve themselves while giving information.

Wrong report. They are inefficient. And also they share my personal details (my phone number and my health condition)with others without my consent. They r fraud.
