Sva is a great initiative and is doing some pathbreaking work in India. I attended a few sessions with Astha and the experience was wonderful. The counselor was very professional and friendly and every minute spent in the sessions was therapeutic. The feedback I got for other mental health services from friends, was that the counselors were not very well trained, hence I decided to go ahead with Sva, which a friend recommended. The sessions were absolutely confidential and followed protocols to ensure the same. Glad I came across Sva. 100/100 from my side.

The counsellor, Ms. Astha is really good at understanding your problem and then offering guidance from a holistic viewpoint. Phone counselling with Sva worked wonders for me during the lockdown when travelling to my counsellor was not possible.
