It is a 6 decades old building with 20 flats. Many owners have left for renting out to guest houses as there is no individual car parking, no drinking water supply, no power back up. Building is full of cracks because the ceiling did not have weather course for few decades

Apartment, So no room service... 15min walking distance to Applo Hospital Chennai. 50RS Auto rent. Good but not so well. Room Facilities is well, also kitchen is well.No shop around this apartment. You have to walk 15min or give 50RS for go to market.

Will never recommend It was worst experience while stayd with family Having charged 3000 per day sweet tongue was till i made advance payment language changed after that Worst is no room service even drinking water arrogant ans was you have to buy and manage on your own Gyser didnt work for 2 days out of 3 Towel given only one for triple occupancy Height is no water even in bathroom basin flush anywhere after 11-30 pm till we checked iut He will not attend phone call after 10 suspecting complaints No person is available at property Even on check out i was told to leave room keys under staircase near invertor n go Pls never ever think of booking this property Hopeless service n attitude U will get better hotel with same price anywhere in chennai
