Had a really bad experience while getting my account closed. They made me come once every week just to check and inform that I can contact them next week. It was for the deposit of Docomo dongle that I purchased which has again become useless in the era of 4g and has simply no resale value. Although the staff themselves have been nice I would rather point out that the system was slow and rather bureaucratic. Now that it is being sold out I believe the existing customers will remain in better hands with Airtel.

Only billing system is good just because of money is matter... Other services only for show. And it's all responsibility of customer to followup, visit again and again & beg to solve problem. Then if they (so called customer care executive) feel, they process your work. I suggest if you want to solve your problem don't feel bad about there staff's rudeness (it is injuries to your work). If you want to give one single word to it's service then you have to rewrite the dictionary. Because dictionary don't have word for this type worst service. Best luck to all customers.

Pathetic customer service! Assured my replacement SIM will be activated in an hour! Turns out it's been a day, I had a talk with Customer Care online they inform me there is no such query raised by the store to activate your sim! The people working there have no intention of working or providing quality service! TATA Docomo should stop the franchise for this store! They don't even bother to receive calls when you call them! Third Class Bad Customer Service! Not recommended at all!

This is located in the centre of Chandan Nagar, a bit difficult to notice as over shadowed by other outlets in the area, but one of the good experience places. Supportive and knowledgeable staff ready to help attitude is what makes this place special, do visit if you have any concerns or requirements regarding Tata Docomo services.

Actually they don't deserve a single star. Executives are not properly trained. No proper English o hindi speaking. They sold me there product without giving me full detailed information. Pathetic response on after sell service. Had to visit store 4-5 tyms to change my connection from post paid to prepaid n wait for long hours . They were just eager in billing sections. Really regreted to be there customer.
