Worst experience..staff are unprofessional.today on 15/04/2018 I took a delivery from a Lexus motor barasat showroom non of the staff are present at delivery of my nexon vechile.they send their showroom driver for delivery of my vechile .when I contacted one of the showroom representative name soumitro ghose number of time he didnt pick my call nor even he replied my massages. I keep on calling and massaging him from 14/04/2018 but he didn't respond .he picked a call after delivered of vechile and said we are not supposed to present at the time of delivery.car is delivered without any documents. Car has already run 70 k.m I don't know who drive a new vechile ,not even the car was properly cleaned. There is no any zero star present otherwise I will give zero star.
