I have purchased my car Tata Altroz from Lexus Motors and took delivery on 19/02/2021. My car has some physical damage at the side bottom which I have noticed after 4 hours of delivery. Immediately I informed to Salas Manager and CRN (Customer Relation Manager) about the issue. CRN Madam had taken up the issue and also send a confirmation message after a few hours on the same day that the damage will be rectified by Lexus Motors which give me mental pleaser. My car has been rectified and i am satisfied with the work. I found that after sales customer service of Lexus Motors is very supportive, even towards a ordinary customer like me. At least my experience at 1st instance, was good and as a result I have given rating 5 out of 5 to Lexus Motors, Kolkata, WB. I think, if we approach with valid and genuine issues, we may get proper justice from this dealer. The aim of my above remarks is not to biased any of my friend, colleague and customers.

I wonder if it's a norm for customers to keep waiting for half an hour and get no response from reception or the staff or is it just specific to this showroom. Keeping the rating as such based on my recent visit, might improve if the staff has a decency to at least respond or talk to the customer.

I have to update my review again after completion of 1st Service. Nothing was done as part of service, only cleaning. They offered membership card and others which was chargeable but that supposed to be free as part of Tata employee, and no discount as I didn't opt for that membership. Reviewed on 3/20: I've to update the review as Noone explained the features of vehicle, Harman music system features and only fragrance has been provided as kit. But due to birth ceremony of jrd Tata, few things will be provided, but nothing even as a Tata employee a power of 12 should be handed to customer, but here also nothing. Reviewed on 3/11: Good experience to be a part of Tata motors. Its my wife's choice to take safest car and most comfortable Tata Tiago.

We have taken delivery of our first car (Altroz) from Lexus motor, Singur branch.. Update at 19th March 2021 - we have not received number plate yet after 20 days of delivery... All i can hear is their excuses.... Request everyone to go for Dulichand or TC motor to purchase any tata car... I am getting harassed even after taking delivery of car...
