Worst authorised service centre from Kent! Technician has zero knowledge

Worst service ever. Changed filters for worth Rs. 5550/-. Recurring same problem for every 15 days. Poor response over phone. It has been 12 days for now, I lodged a service request, not attended yet. Even customer care is not good. No customer service executive comes online to address our issue. Chatbot is meant only for some predefined reply messages. Useless. So pathetic. Dealer for Hyderabad region is so annoying that he is not intended to provide any solution. Instead he is getting irritated for every now and then. These people are least bothered because it is others money which was spent to purchase ro purifier. Do any one wants to endup paying service charge for every 15-20 days??? What is the problem in trying to understand about what customer is trying to convey??? It is really disgusting to speak to u guys time and again to reiterate the issue. I would move to consumer forum if my problem is left unaddressed by this weekend.

Worst service ever, I have simply wasted time and money with these people, not experienced in service just simply replacing parts, but also same issue is repeating, I don't like to give them 1 star also...very very very worst service.

They replaced apart from the problem part.They charged 5500 but the issue was not resolved . It is quite repeatitive. They are not analysing the problem properly they are just replacing the parts.
