I visited Arnala beach second time after 2 years duration and for my surprise this beach was clean and well kept. One hour drive from Borivali and Thane, but the beach is same as everywhere with dark water and black sand . You can find a crowd not less than 3000 on sundays. Good thing is kids can enjoy a lot with camel safari, horse riding and horse carts. I will recommend visit to this beach only if you stay nearby or you are visiting Virar for any work and have some time.

I visit Arnala. Beach often... This time I found it. Clean and decent.... Enjoyed chat and gola....
Badly maintained beach. This beach has dark sand. The soil does not clay here and hence is very sandy. However the beach and surrounding is completely filled with trash. Plastic, Wafer bags, Chicken feather, you name it, all sort of waste is filled across the beach and the garden beside. The is a good coconut grove beside. This beach has a lot of potential for tourism as the beach has some very good quality sand, but unfortunately there is no Maintenance done here. Recommended for a one time visit if you have explored all other beaches around Mumbai and left with none to visit.
It's a clean and well maintained Beach, any one can visit, good place for photography. Horse riding, Camel riding is also available.

Beach entry is extremely fitly with pungent smell due to garbage dumping ground created near shore. I do not understand who in there right sense create a dumping ground near shore.????? apart from that as you move ahead down the shore its good place to be for short duration
Good Beach but very Poorly maintained by Vasai Virar Corporation, enough of trash, garbage to give it a Ugly look. Moreover no life guards nearby. Corporation guys don't seem to visit this place even once in years...... But safe enough.... Can visit....
Beach is beautiful but visitors have made it so dirty. So much garbage on beach side. It was crowned also but nice place.
