Once in 6 months ,we get thoroughly checked here . This Lab has Nice ,clean & hygienic ambiance. Wonderful staff at reception & blood collection team. Their home collection official Mr. Raghavendra is extremely professional , cultured & punctual in home delivery of Report.

Really horrible management. There is no sense of an appointment or a wait line. You just have to wait hours to get your spot. If you step out for a min that spot is gone. There is no semblance of social distancing anywhere or even the fact that any such system exists. I can understand during normal times but this is not. Seriously disappointing experience. Surely not coming back here anytime soon.

What kind of center is this???? A pregnant women goes for a scanning, doctor AJAY SIMHA who scanned didn't even communicate properly with the patient and later he yells at the nurses. Machine wasn't working properly and more over he didn't even show the baby to the patient. Usually during the scanning the father is called in and shown the baby. Forget father he was bloody hesitant to show the baby to the mother too. The person was pretty rude when questioned. I WOULF REQUEST NO ONE TO GO TO THIS diagnostic CENTER. Bengaluru has many more scanning centers, let's utilize those, not this for heaven sake. And dr AJAY SIMHA. have some professional ethics.

i m very disappointed by the service of center , special with reception people i book a appointment on sunday and i conform with reception 2 times and they confirmede also but while on the way to place i confirm it again but those people said it got cancel and they did not inform us also. i would suggest you to not to go if u are going plz confirm serval time.

Not good they are given the appointment for 2 echogram at 5 clk but upto 6 clk dr as not came service is very bad and staff as given silli resons for late coming of dr

I happen to visit the diagnostics recently the worst experience I faced the front desk staff not at all organised they have no knowledge about billing waiting time to literally too much and also reporting quires are also not attended properly and reporting is also not on time.. over all visiting this diagnostics is waste of time and money...

not even a star to be rated worst experience all new and uneducated staffs in front office old employees were so caring and genuine understanding and giving prefrences to us management is at its worst we never faced any issues earllier staffs like sushmitha and poornima were so decent really now the way new staffs answer is so local n unbearable waiting period no co-ordination at all never will visit again

The place is in good location but costly., the scanning machines seems to be old ones. The staff and radiologist should be still do better without wasting people's time.
