I bought a Wilson Prostaff 97 for Rs. 13,750 from tennishub. Order picture attached below. I received the racket and the racket grip came with a plastic wrap. When I tried to remove the packing wrap, the entire grip is peeling off. See pics. When I sent the pictures to tennis hub, they wrote back saying that I bought the racket in "deep clearance sale" and will give Rs.300 store credit. I sent two emails and called them several times saying I want to return the racket. Today I reached a customer service rep on the phone, who said that they need couple more days to get back to me. This is not my first bad experience. I bought a Wilson Blade racket six months ago for my younger son. I paid for the strings. The racket came without strings. I called tennishub and they said due to covid they are unable to string the rackets, but claimed that they sent strings separately. I told them I never received the strings. But they refused to believe me. I lost my money. Looks like there is a pattern of bad quality, shoddy order management, and terrible customer service at tennishub. I strongly urge people not to buy from this place. Especially stayaway from buying expensive products from these people. I don't know how they are India's #1 Tennis Store. UPDATE After I wrote the above review tennishub called me. All my previous calls have gone in vain, but one bad review got their attention. They have asked me to return the racket for a store credit. I re-ordered the same racket with the credit, but still got the bad quality grip. I decided to keep the racket and get a new grip done. I am upgrading their rating to 3-stars just because the tennishub representative pleaded me to change the rating. He went out of the way to be helpful, but I don't think rest of the tennishub organization is trained to manage online sales. Their overall customer service is quite poor.

This looks like a fraud setup! I have ordered a racket on 21st and no update or response. Please DO NOT even think of ordering and wasting your money. If we do not get an update by eod, will be forced to evaluate serious action. I received my order after a little delay and i am satisfied with the same . I think a better communication from Tennishub would have gone a long way in making the experience seamless

I am very happy with the experience with tennis hub. I got a racquet with perfect string tension. The delivery was a bit late but it was worth it. The customer care initially were not responding but later they called me , gave assurance and right updates regarding order status. Totally satisfied.

Yesterday some one called and asked for bank details ..i have text the details but still i have no response from tennishub..it shows their creditability. will be published in all social media..immdtly and will msg your founder in Linkedin. after receiving the product also they are not repaying....i have never seen like this company...no1 fraud company....

Ordered twice in the last 15 days. In both cases, payment was done upfront, but product was not delivered citing quality check issues. I am surprised brand new racquets have quality check issues. Also, I was told there is only one such product and hence they cant deliver, but the site still showed the product available for sale. I suspect the stock is mismanaged by allowing customers to order even though the product is out of stock. Customers are not compensated for the delays in refund :(. In both my orders, upfront payment of approx. 10K was made. Perhaps a strategy to keep cash inflows by allowing customers to order items that are out of stock, seek upfront payments, keep the money for 4-5 days and then refund.

I have received both my racquet and cover now. Thanks to Tennis Hub team and Kushal for helping close this. It took time but in the end support from Tennis Hub was great and they ensured end product delivery. Finally received my racquet but this time came without cover...this is definitely not expected for a 10k racquet. Have been following up since couple of days but no response yet. My order for tennis racquet has not been fulfilled twice so far within a month. Both times after placing the order and making payment I got an email after few days that it's not of good quality or standard. I had to now give options of few racquet from which I will choose one which will be confirmed as available and price difference will be considered based on racquet. This has not been a good experience and is impacting my coaching.
