Struggling to find anything I really dislike here, some other reviews mention the company being reactive rather than proactive, I think a lot of organisations are susceptible to this and the company are aware that this is sometimes the perception, therefore they are able to work on it. Currently employed unfortunate Luckily been a part of International BPO after being rejected over 13 BPO in same and near by vicinity including Silgate solutions, ICAN, Paddle point, Jio, Global Intelenet, TCS, Tesco, Tech Mahindra, Convergys...Etc.. On a career front highly satisfied and can utter word awesome when it comes to incentive, Perks which I have not seen over a decade I got only at Cubical Bottom line reminiscing a dialogue of 3 Idiots Bolte sab Hain par deta koi nahi hai Par Cubical Infotech solutions ontime Incentives/ Perks milta hai..
