My experience at Maher hospital was too good. Never seen a hospital with this good and kind staff. Dr. Madhuri is polite and very kind and explains a critical issue in a very simple manner. The best part is she does not scare the patient with words which patient has never heard. Instead she guides the patient and his relatives and helps them to keep calm and relaxed. The Nurses at Maher are professional as well as full of mankind. It was a great experience in getting my baby delivered at Maher hospital.

We had a wonderful experience at Maher Maternity home Thane. Despite of the COVID situation, all safety measures has been taken Care of wonderfully . We had a normal delivery at the maternity home. Dr Madhuri Sakhardande had tried her level best to make sure my wife and baby was safe despite of her having complications. Special mention to the staff and nurses, they were very supportive during the labour and had helped my wife throughout her stay at hospital. The cleanliness had been taken care of well by the staff. I would recommend Maher maternity to all the expectant mothers.

Charges are not fix here When I went there in my week 7 pregnancy they took consultation sonography charges along with one tablet packet charges of rs 1820/-(Tablet charges was 420) When I went there in week 9 due to some reason I had miscarriage that time they suggested one package of rs 5000. In that 2 sonography 2 consultation n medicine was included. I paid the full amt.when I asked them for bifurcation none of their staff was aware abt it, when I spoke to Dr.Madhuri Sakhardande she told me usually they take 500 for consultation and 500 for sonography then how come they charged me 1820 in my week 7 sonography when she should have taken 1420 io 1820. when I went there for my week 9 sonography....she explained me about the packege (in abortion package they charge 3000 for procedure ) which Procedure I really didn't understand because they gave me 1 took in the clinic and 4 tablets which I took at home that was for 400rs if you consider 2k for both visits(consultation sonography) then What is remaining 2600 for????? I did not satisfy with their clarification.. Though the treatment was good staff was polite. Reg hygiene they use the same blanket for all patients who go for sonography. I went there by seeing Google reviews but this was my personal experience.

It is my first review based on the experience gained by the overall observation through visits for my spouse's treatment. I would like to present my critical review on this experience- 1) Nursing staff- A) Professional group of nurses. Pretty cordial. And they are well aware of what they do as per the instructions they receive from the doctors. B) Very attentive , not only to us, but every patient and/or out patient. 2) Housekeeping and reception.- A) Housekeeping employees are considerate and prompt with their duties. b)They have shown great patience at times and follow high degree of cleanliness without grumbling. C) Receptionists are helpful and convey or intimate the messages and coordinate between the patient and doctor very well. 3) Dr. Madhuri Sakhardande- A) She is well experienced professional gynaecologist. b) Diagnosing and providing solutions to the patient in a fewer visits, reflects the degree of practical knowledge and experience she possesses in her field. - She is jovial and amiable with every patient and visitor. C) Her way of explaining and probing about any affliction is intricate. E) Her coordination with her counterparts for organising and executing any small or big surgery is best.

Doctor is very confident, caring and professional. Staff is also very attentive, cooperative and helpful. All patients are treated equally and there's no grading done.All charges are reasonable and/or affordable to everyone and staff are little flexible when someone doesn't carry enough money. Although the place is tidy,little more attention is required towards general cleaning.
